RECIPE: Toffee Coffee Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

1 oz Whiskey
1 oz Coffee Liqueur
4 oz Cooled, Dark Roast Coffee, Paramount, VE 035691
1 ½ oz Half-and-Half, Prairie Farms, VE 075403
1 oz Butter Toffee Syrup, Monin, VE 085026
Whipped Cream for Garnish, Rich’s, VE 056708

DIRECTIONS

In a glass or mug, combine the whiskey, coffee liqueur, coffee and toffee syrup over ice- stir until well blended.
Spoon or pour half-and-half over the top so it floats above the coffee layer- top with whipped cream.
