Heat oven to 475° F.
Roll the dough out to 12″ and lay on a pizza screen.
Cover the crust with street corn dip, leaving a 1-inch rim for crust.
Top pizza with mozzarella cheese, smoked chicken and onion.
Cook the pizza for 5-7 minutes.
Once the pizza is out, garnish with cotija cheese, cilantro, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
