By far, Van Eerden is the most responsive to my needs as an entrepreneur and small business owner- that’s why we made the switch. I know I can reach someone at any level, at any time, to solve a problem, whether it’s sourcing a specialty product or offering a substitute we hadn’t even considered, and they’ve been a valuable resource for our menu development. I think the size of the company allows for more personal relationships rather than just treating us like another customer.

I believe the best part about Van Eerden is that they do what they say they’re going to do. Early on, if we had an issue or trouble sourcing an item, we always solved the problem together. The team works with me to find alternatives and ensure the products I need are in the building.
