RECIPE: Salmon Sliders with Herby Aioli

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Mayonnaise, Highland Market, VE 032364
1 tb Parsley, Minced, Western, VE 007185
1 tsp Chives, Marano, VE 007024
¼ tsp Dill, McCormick, VE 071915
1 tsp Lemon Juice, ProMark, VE 001395
1 tb Roasted Garlic, Armanino, VE 073432
SALMON SLIDERS:
6 oz Salmon, Fjord Fresh, VE 073245
3 tb Montreal Seasoning, McCormick, VE 039455
1 tb Oil Blend, Corto, VE 034586
3 Parker House Cluster Rolls, Highland Baking, VE 010287
3 tb Herby Aioli, see recipe above
1 Roma Tomato, Sliced, Southern, VE 006820
1 oz Arugula, Pro*Act, VE 007408

DIRECTIONS

For the herby aioli, combine all ingredients and mix well.
For the salmon sliders, pat each salmon dry with a paper towel and all pieces lightly with the steak seasoning.
Using the oil blend on the flat top, season each salmon until fully cooked.
While salmon is cooking, toast each side of the parker house cluster rolls.
Once salmon is done cooking, build your sliders by adding herby mayonnaise, a slice of tomato, salmon and a pinch of arugula.
