RECIPE: Root Veggie Fries With Lemon Aoili

INGREDIENTS

5 lb Root Veggie Fries, Preferred Fresh Cuts, VE 005538
½ cup Canola/Olive Oil Blend, St. Lucia, VE 035229
1 tb Kosher Salt, Diamond, VE 066782
1 tb Black Pepper, Highland Market, VE 044638
1 tb Paprika, McCormick, VE 071912
¼ cup Chopped Parsley, Western VE 007185
2 each Lemon, Pro*Act, VE 001385
2 cups Garlic Aioli, Ken’s, VE 037270

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 450° F.
Toss root veggies with oil, salt, pepper, paprika and parsley- spread on a parchment lined sheet tray into one layer.
Roast, stirring once halfway through, for approximately 30 minutes.
While they are roasting, juice lemon into garlic aioli.
Serve each portion of fries immediately with 2 oz. of lemon aioli and season lightly with a pinch of salt and freshly cracked pepper.
