RECIPE: Griddle Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS

3 cups IQF Rice
1-2 cups Vegetables and/or Protein of Your Choice
1-2 oz Sauce of Your Choice

DIRECTIONS

Set your griddle or flattop to medium-high heat.
Apply a light, even layer of cooking oil.
Add your chopped protein and/or vegetables.
Stir and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until heated through and lightly seared.
Scatter chilled, cooked rice over the griddle- press gently with a spatula to break up clumps and spread evenly.
Let it sear for 1–2 minutes undisturbed for crispy bits, then fold to mix.
Plate the rice, drizzle with the finishing sauce and garnish generously (ie.
crispy garlic, scallions, pickled vegetables, sesame seeds, herbs, chili oil).
