Crispy Brussels with Dried Cherries Goat Cheese and Balsamic Glaze

INGREDIENTS

½ lb Halved Brussel Sprouts, Preferred Fresh Cuts, VE SPEC 004311
1 tb Canola Oil Blend, Corto, VE 048789
¼ tsp Kosher Salt, Diamond Crystal, VE 066782
2 tb Dried Cherries, Cherry Bay, VE 038614
2 tb Crumbled Goat Cheese, Montcherve, VE 074556
½ tb Balsamic Glaze, Roland, VE 070433

DIRECTIONS

In a mixing bowl, toss brussels with oil blend, salt and pepper- mix well.
Spread brussels out on a sheet tray (don’t over crowd), and roast in a 425° F oven for 25-30 minutes until tender and crispy.
Serve, garnishing with a pinch more kosher salt, crumbled goat cheese, dried cranberries, and balsamic drizzle.
