INGREDIENTS

4 oz Ground Beef, Wolverine Fresh Beef, VE 061234
¼ cup Onion, Chopped
2 oz American Cheese, Bongards Creameries, VE 074186
1 oz Mayonnaise, Ventura, VE 011790
8” Scored, Sliced Sub Roll, MI Bread, VE 019482

DIRECTIONS

On a flat top, cook 4 oz of ground beef along with onion, a pinch of salt and a ¼ tsp Lawry’s – top with two slices of American Cheese & melt.
Spread the roll with 1 oz of mayonnaise.
Top with tomato & shredded lettuce.
