RECIPE: Chips & Dip

INGREDIENTS

6 oz Cream Cheese, Softened, Brighton Farms VE 074220
1 Clove Garlic, Finely Grated, Pro Act VE 007099
½ c. Fresh Pineapple, Medium Dice, Pro Act VE 0035401
½ c. Bell Pepper, Sliced, Southern VE 006648
3 oz Thai Sweet Chili Sauce, Sauce Craft VE 032370
1 tb Green Onion, Chopped, Western VE 006260
4 Egg Roll Wrappers, Kowloon VE 005355
salt, to taste

DIRECTIONS

Combine cream cheese and garlic- whip until smooth and spreadable.
Spread evenly in the bottom of a serving dish.
Char pineapple and bell peppers in a hot pan until lightly caramelized.
Cool slightly, then spoon evenly over cream cheese. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and sprinkle with scallions.
Cut egg roll wrappers in half, then cut each half into thirds.
Fry in hot oil until crisp and golden.
Season with salt. serve chips alongside dip.
