RECIPE: Baked Cinnamon Twists

INGREDIENTS

1, 13 oz Dough Ball, Gala VE 062856
2 tb Butter, Melted, Plugra VE 075157
3 tb Sugar, Pioneer, VE 039801
1 tb Cinnamon, McCormick, VE 071981
2 oz Dark Chocolate Sauce, Monin, VE 025153

DIRECTIONS

Roll dough into a large rectangle about ¼” thick.
Brush with butter and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Cut into ½” strips.
Fold each strip in half and twist.
Lay finished strips on large parchment-lined sheet pan about 2″ apart.
Brush twists with coconut oil and dust with remaining cinnamon and sugar.
Bake for 12 minutes at 350° F until lightly golden brown.
Drizzle with chocolate sauce to serve.
