RECIPE: White Clam Pizza

INGREDIENTS

1, 13 oz Dough Ball, Gala, VE 062856
1 tb Olive Oil, Corte, VE 034585
¼ cup + 2 tb Alfredo Sauce, JTM Provisions, VE 063508
¼ cup Chopped Spinach, Simplot, VE 090226
2 tb Red Onion, Thinly Sliced, Pro*Act, VE 007650
6 oz Shredded Mozzarella, Fata, VE 074245
4 oz Fried Clams, Sea Best, VE 041224
2 tb Grated Parmesan, Cortona, VE 074066
1/8 Lemon, Pro*Act, VE 001395
1 tb Red Pepper Flakes, McCormick, VE 039474

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the pizza oven to 450° F.
Roll/stretch dough out on a floured surface to desired thickness.
Spread the crust with the olive oil, then ¼ cup alfredo sauce.
Place spinach and red onion on top of alfredo sauce and sprinkle an even layer of mozzarella cheese on top.
Cook the pizza in the pre-heated oven for 7-8 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
Top pizza with fried clams, drizzle with 2 tb alfredo, and finish with parmesan cheese, olive oil, a squeeze of fresh lemon, and red pepper flake.
