RECIPE: Prosciutto Wrapped Mozzarella Sticks

INGREDIENTS

3 Mozzarella Sticks, Golden Crisp, VE 028480
3 pieces Prosciutto, Columbus, VE 049572
¼ oz Baby Arugula, Pro*Act, VE 007408
6 pieces Slow Roasted Tomato, Sevillo, VE 025538
1 tsp Balsamic Glace, Roland, VE 070433
1 tsp Grated Parmesan, Cortona, VE 074066
3 tb Mayonnaise, Ventura, VE 011790
Pinch Garlic Powder, McCormick, VE 039573

DIRECTIONS

Fry mozzarella sticks according to package directions- drain well and cool slightly.
Lay each piece of prosciutto out on the cutting board- top with the baby arugula, and drizzle with basil.
Lay a mozzarella stick at the end of each prosciutto and top mozzarella stick with two tomatoes, each.
Roll up each prosciutto.
Serve immediately, garnishing with a drizzle of balsamic reduction and a dusting of grated parmesan.
