RECIPE: Peppermint Cream Martini

INGREDIENTS

3 oz Vodka
1 ½ oz White Crème de Cacao
1 ½ oz Half-and-Half, Prairie Farms, VE 075403
1/3 oz Peppermint Syrup (1 pump), Monin, SPEC VE 088249
Crushed Peppermints for Garnish

DIRECTIONS

Rim a chilled martini glass with crushed peppermints (simple syrup or melted white chocolate can be used to stick the peppermints).
In a cocktail shaker over ice, combine vodka, crème de cacao, cream and peppermint syrup- shake vigorously until chilled and frothy.
Strain into the prepared glass.
