RECIPE: Loaded Onion Rings

INGREDIENTS

HORSERADISH MUSTARD:
Yields 2 cups
2 cups Mayonnaise, Ventura, VE 011790
¼ cup Horseradish, Woebers, VE 073104
2 tb Dijon, Grey Poupon, VE 017234
¼ cup Water
Salt and Pepper, to Taste
ONION RINGS:
6 oz Onion Rings, Brew City, VE 054068
3 tb Horseradish Mustard, see recipe above
3 tb Shreddies Dill Pickles, Cool Crisp, VE 031125
1 tb Grated Parmesan, Cortona, VE 074066
1 tsp Hot Honey, Mike’s, VE 086964
Freshly Ground Black Pepper

DIRECTIONS

For the horseradish mustard, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Fry the onion rings for 1 minute, stirring with a long tong to ensure even cook­ing.
Drain well.
Plate the onion rings.
To assemble, drizzle onion rings with horseradish mustard and hot honey, and garnish with pickles, parmesan and ground black pepper.
