INGREDIENTS

3 cups cilantro lime rice, Posada, VE 084665
1 cup chopped shrimp, Ocean Horizons, VE 070713
½ cup flame roasted onion & pepper, Simplot, SPEC VE 092574
2 tb jerk sauce, Sauce Craft, VE 032375
½ cup mayonnaise, Wilsey, VE 017352
1 ½ cups sour cream, Daisy, VE 074568
¼ cup lime juice, Natalie’s, VE 014826
½ tsp garlic powder, McCormick, VE 039573
Pinch of cayenne, McCormick, VE 071901
1 tb lime crema
1 tb chopped green onion, Western, VE 006260

DIRECTIONS

On the flat top, sauté chopped shrimp, flame-roasted onion & pepper, and pineapple tidbits- add cups cilantro lime rice and season to taste.
Plate, garnishing with prepared jerk sauce, lime crema, and chopped green onion.
For the sauce, combine sour cream, mayo, lime juice, garlic powder, and a pinch of cayenne – season to taste.
