RECIPE: Giardiniera Dip

INGREDIENTS

1 ½ lb Cream Cheese, Brighton Farms, VE 074220
1 ½ cup Sour Cream, Prairie Farms, VE 011756
1 ½ cup Parmesan, Grated, Cheese Merchants, VE 074062
3 cups Giardiniera, Drained a Coarsely Chopped, Vienna Beef, VE 058162
Salt and Pepper, to Taste

DIRECTIONS

Pulse all ingredients together in a food processor until ingredients are all incorporated, but not smooth.
To serve, spoon into a bowl, top with chopped giardiniera and a drizzle of oil.
Serve with kettle chips or crackers.
