Chef Chunky Blend and Bok Choy with Vietnamese Cajun Rub and Gochujang

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Chef Chunky Blend, Preferred Fresh Cuts, VE 005189
½ lb Baby Bok Choy, Chopped, Western, VE SPEC VE 005335
3 tb Canola Oil Blend, Divided, Corto, VE 048789
1 ½ tb Vietnamese Cajun Seasoning, McCormick, VE 071981
3 tb Gochujang, Sauce Craft, VE 032372
1 tb Sesame Seeds, McCormick, VE 059544

DIRECTIONS

Toss the veggie blend and bok choy with 1 tb oil blend and the Vietnamese cajun seasoning- mix well.
Heat the remaining 2 tb oil over medium high heat until hot- sear the seasoned veggies in the pan, cooking until crisp-tender.
Serve veggies with a drizzle of gochujang sauce and a garnish of toasted sesame seeds.
